Modern and airy
in a block of flats
You can live in a modern way even in a block of flats, enjoying an atypical layout and plenty of free space. The static assessment allowed a part of the supporting panel, which divided the flat into smaller and worse-to-be-used rooms, to be demolished. Removing some of the structures has opened the entire area of the flat and has allowed us to work on a new layout. According to the new proposal, the kitchen became the center of the apartment and all the life in it. All the equipment has been designed with maximum accuracy. All the areas are optimally used.
CORRIDOR
AND
KITCHEN
CORNER
A glass sliding door between the bathroom and the corridor allows the natural light to penetrate the bathroom. The kitchen with an adjoining dining area is the heart of the apartment both by the layout and optically. A ceiling made from light wood veneer with built-in lamps goes along the length of the boundary between the living room and the kitchen. A place for a pot for the owner’s favourite orchids was also found. A white kitchen cabinet gives a clean, airy impression and provides enough cooking space to the family with two children.
BATHROOM
Two washbasins, a washing machine and the necessary storage areas were situated into this small room. The white profiled tiles in combination with oak wood create a pleasant atmosphere in the bathroom. A large mirror above the washbasins enlarges the space optically.
