APARTMENT NEKLANOVA

Natural tones and motives

This spacious attic apartment overlooking Prague’s Vysehrad is designed completely in natural tones.

When designing, we had to fully respect the current state of the apartment, the floor materials, including the recessed skirting boards, and the lighting arrangement.

The living area was divided into three functional zones – a reading corner, a TV area and a dining room.

The oak veneer furniture and the sofa were custom designed. The warmth of the home is supplied by a brick wall behind a television. The client’s taste is reflected in the present artwork, adding a hallmark of uniqueness to the apartment.

DINING
ROOM

Omnipresent wood breathes from all the corners and creates a pleasant atmosphere. The black chairs and a suspended light with gilded interior bring an active contrastive element into room. The natural light from the roof windows is a great advantage of the entire apartment.

BEDROOM

The darker painting of the ceilings and walls optically lowers the high ceilings. A wallpaper with a natural motive contributes to relaxation. A soft carpet has an organic shape cut and dimensioned exactly to the shape of the room. The room does not lack a convenient reading corner.

GUEST
ROOM

The white, black and gray colours work very well in the combination with natural wood. Their neutrality should suit the taste of all guests. A wallpaper with a tree décor has a soothing effect. The foldable wall lamps are practical and functional to the maximum. They complement the space greatly.
