Ackee Offices

The goal of our work in the interior was to create an airy and cozy office space with customized elements. The three-meter letters are the main conceptual element that goes through the entire space. Together, they make the company name – ACKEE. Each of the letters is unique and functional. We were also challenged to an atypical layout of a triangular shape, like a bow of a ship.

RECEPTION
AND LARGE MEETING ROOM

There are several actionable elements in the form of functional letters from the company’s name co-residing with pleasant neutral colours and birch plywood. At the reception there is a green A, a seating box with illumination is C-shaped. An informal hanging swing allows you to enjoy the moments of relaxation and the panoramic view of Prague’s hundred towers.

MANAGEMENT
OFFICE

The tip of the space is occupied by the top of the company, its management ;-). The glass wall breaks all the barriers between the management and employees. The informal element in the form of wooden ceiling beams provides the place with a homely atmosphere. The multifunctional plywood podium builds on to the custom-made furniture. A built-in relaxation zone with an original access up the tailor-made steel steps has also made it into the high space above the office.

BREAK POINT
KITCHEN

Pink and black create a distinctive and dynamic counterpoint on their own and in the combination with a sober open space with workspaces. A functional letter K serves as a photo-wall and at the same time it hides an original but unsightly column.

RELAXATION SPACE
AND DINING ROOM

The mobile chairs on wheels, thanks to which any movement is a piece of cake, are the main elements here. The chairs are collapsible and can easily be stored if needed. The fitting stickers underline the combination of neutral gray and distinctive corporate colours.

DETAILS
IN OFFICES

We’ve really spent a lot of time on the details. The E-shaped steps into the relaxation zone below the ceiling are unobtrusive but maximally functional. The multipurpose plywood stage is used for some rest or for stand-ups. A padded box with a board looks calm on the first sight, but is, of course, created for brainstorming. A sophisticated suspension light system over the workspaces reduces the high ceiling optically, serving also as a decorative element.
