Corporate ride through Central Europe
In the offices of one of the most important logistics companies in Central Europe, the elements that are characteristic of its activities are considered: pallets, boxes, trucks, motorways and interconnection of cities. The interior is dominated by the wooden pallets, white and corporate green. The main communication corridor, where white sheet metal and rib joints are used, resembles a truck. The business logo with a green line on the floor indicates the interconnection of cities by motorways. Most of the elements have been custom-made to fit the philosophy of the company.
RECEPTION
Pallet wood was used as material covering the wall and the reception desk. The company slogan Don’t worry be HOPI was burnt into it by laser. There is a wallpaper in the company’s green colour behind the reception. It features places where HOPI works. The unique lights are made of natural materials.
COMPANY
MANAGEMENT OFFICE
The interior is a pleasant combination of wood, glass and a concrete screed floor. There is also a relaxation area with a sofa. The LED strips illuminate the space between the wooden cladding. A green line symbolizing a highway on the floor is present here too. The tasteful and original work desks are designed from pallets. A glass surface is finished with a leather cutout for a pleasant touch.
ASSISTENTS’ OFFICE
In the open space office, the assistants have an overview of the company’s events and are always at hand. The wooden ceiling and the wall cladding with the integrated lighting give a pleasant atmosphere to the space. The tables’ heads attract one’s attention by the so-called schwartzplan, which captures the built-up areas of selected metropolises in which the company operates. The schwartzplan also decorates glass partitions between the other offices of the company and the main communication corridor.
BLACK AND WHITE
MEETING ROOMS
The smaller meeting rooms are designed in wood tones and a contrast of white and black. Each one is designated by the name of the capital, where the company is represented – Budapest is black, Warsaw is white. The motivational wordings are placed on the walls. The silhouettes of the cities, special soffits and acoustic textiles are not lacking either.
LARGE
MEETING
ROOM
The room is variable and can be divided into two smaller parts. If needed, it can accommodate up to 20 people. White frames on the walls and ceiling evoke trucks, the company’s main means of transport. The wooden paneling with the built-in lighting has a cozy feel, which will be appreciated by the employees, in particular, during long negotiations. The material of the table is actually specially pressed paper.
